Think outside of the box

"Thinking outside of the box" might sound a bit cliche.  What do I really mean?  Afterall ... this blog is about Employment Support.

Every employer has positions within their company which are directly related to keeping the business going but do not sound like the product the company is famous for.  Case in point: Danner Boots manufactures boots.  HOWEVER ... they have support staff positions.  Receptionists, payroll, bookkeeping, HR et cetra.  Another local employer famous in our area: Dave's Killer Bread / Naturebake.  Receptionists, payroll, bookkeeping, HR plus a boat load of positions related to the every day process of running a business.

Do not discount a company as a possible employer because their product is industrial.
